Never heard of this manufacturer, but happy with this product. Purchased to replace a perfectly good Hotpoint machine which used illy pods which cannot be recycled - come on manufacturers sort it out!!! Makes coffee quite quickly and not much noise. Decent strength...

I love the fact you can prefill and set timer to wake up to fresh coffee. The warmer has programmable time and keeps coffee hot. Much better machine overall than other major brands owned in the past.

Bought this as a replacement for my last Melitta machine which just stopped working after 5 years! It’s a slightly different shape from previous model and has a removable water tank which does make a huge difference as much easier to fill. Nothing to dislike.
