There’s a knack!
Put the kettle on! I found the coffee didn’t get as hot as I like (or stay hot very long), so I now fill the glass jug with boiling water from the kettle, (up to the 8 mark, perfect for 4 cups of coffee) and then fill the reservoir with that water. Now jug is warm and...
